CASE STUDY #1 STEVE BREHENEY

Hi, I am Steve, a 50 year old father of two. Before I started training at RMF I was over weight pissed off with how I looked in my clothes, felt lethargic all the time, my head was not in a good place.

So I popped down to RMF and met Russ. Instantly he made me feel at ease and answered all my questions, I walked out of RMF full of enthusiasm and booked in for a free trial.

Prior to my first class I had fears and concerns; would I be the fat dude at the back, is it full of meatheads in ‘MC Hammer’ pants staring at me. No it wasn’t! I was met by very friendly staff, all came over and said hello and made me feel welcome. After the class I walked out of RMF very tired but with a big smile on my face.

I am now 10 weeks in to my training and absolutely love it, the training is very hard but very enjoyable. The nutritional advice is second to none, the support you get from Russ and his team is top draw. All the PT’s are very friendly and very supportive and always have time to sit down with you to discuss any problems you may have.

My confidence is growing and I’ve not felt this fit for years, I’ve made a lot of new friends in RMF who are very supportive and enthusiastic. My short term goals are to be fit enough to enter Para 10 endurance race this year.

Anyone sat on the fence thinking of joining RMF, my advice is… do it, get the feel good factor back in your life.

Steve.
